CORE™
Your clinical programme,
in your pocket.
A senior gastroenterology consultant designs your custom protocol. Two scheduled video reviews bookend the programme. Between them, GutIQ Cerebra — our clinically-trained mixture-of-experts AI — is with you every day, answering, adjusting, escalating. Doctor-built foundation, AI continuity, accessible cost.
Quality clinical care
should not be a luxury.
Most people with a chronic gut presentation never see a senior gastroenterology consultant. The cost is out of reach; the appointment is fifteen minutes long; the follow-up never quite happens. CORE is the answer to a specific question — what is the most rigorous, evidence-based gut programme we can build at a price the working majority can actually pay?
A senior consultant designs your protocol
Same intake, same evidence base, same diagnostic rigour as our concierge tier. The first 90-minute consultation is with a real clinician who builds your custom plan from the GutIQ pattern framework.
Cerebra is your continuity layer
Twenty-four-hour access to a clinically-trained AI that knows your protocol, your patterns, your history. It coaches you through flares, decodes meals, answers questions a clinician would charge for — and escalates when human attention is needed.
Two consultations that matter
One at week 0 to build the plan. One at week 6 to course-correct against your tracked data. We put the human attention exactly where AI cannot operate — initial diagnosis architecture and mid-programme strategic recalibration.
A super-brain for
your specific gut.
Cerebra is a custom mixture-of-experts AI model, trained on the GutIQ pattern framework, peer-reviewed gastroenterology literature, and the outcomes data of a 25,000-person cohort. It is not a general chatbot.
- It knows you. Your protocol, your tracked patterns, your prior labs, your personal triggers. Every conversation builds on the last.
- It cites its sources. Every recommendation surfaces the underlying citation — PubMed, Cochrane, ACG, Rome IV. You can trace any answer to its evidence.
- It is bound to your prescribed protocol. Cerebra will not contradict the plan your consultant designed; it operationalises it.
- It knows when to escalate. Red-flag symptoms route immediately to a human clinician with the case context attached. Cerebra is loud about the boundary of what it can safely answer.
- It is clinically supervised. Hard cases are flagged for Lead Consultant review. The model is retrained quarterly on adjudicated cases.
✓ Tandoori chicken — protein, low fermentation load
✓ Plain rice — small portion, easy on the gut
⚠ Naan — fermentable, can spike bloating tonight; one piece is fine
✗ Butter chicken — heavy on cream + tomato; high risk for your pattern
Want me to send a 30-min walk reminder when you're done? Helps your motility.
What it actually does for you
90 seconds of tracking, fully automated
A morning conversation logs your sleep, stress, Bristol, symptoms. Cerebra surfaces the patterns you would miss — "your bloating spikes on the days you sleep under 6.5 hours."
Real-time guidance when you're stuck
Acute discomfort at 11pm? Cerebra walks you through the protocol's flare-up sequence step by step, adapts based on your reported severity, and surfaces escalation guidance when the picture warrants it.
Decision support at the dinner table
Photograph a menu, an ingredients label, a buffet table. Cerebra returns pattern-specific picks ordered by risk, with the why beside each item. Travel-, dietary- and culture-aware.
"Explain my plan to me again"
Ask Cerebra anything about your prescribed protocol — why a supplement is in your stack, what week 6 looks like, whether to skip a dose when you're sick. It answers in plain language with the underlying citation.
A second brain that doesn't forget
"I'm feeling like that thing in week 2 — what helped?" Cerebra retrieves your own past sequences and the moves that worked, so you compound learning rather than re-discovering it.
Before your week-6 consult, a packed brief
Cerebra prepares a structured summary for your senior consultant — what changed, what improved, what flared, where the data suggests adjustment. The 30-minute consult becomes worth 60.
Same evidence base.
Different delivery model.
Both programmes are built on the same GutIQ pattern framework and the same clinical methodology. Which one fits you depends on the complexity of your case and how you prefer to be supported.
Start in CORE, move into PURO if the case demands more clinician hands-on time. Many of our PURO Plus enrolments are CORE graduates whose case turned out to be more layered than the initial intake suggested. The transition is built in.
An AI you can put in a clinical context.
Cerebra does not diagnose
It coaches and coordinates around a protocol that has already been designed by a licensed clinician. It is a continuity layer, not a substitute for medical judgement.
Hard red flags route to humans, instantly
Blood in stool, unintended weight loss, severe pain, suspected obstruction, hard-to-control fever — when these surface, Cerebra escalates the case to our on-call clinical team with the full context attached, the same hour.
Lead Consultant audit of edge cases
A weekly sample of Cerebra's harder responses is audited by a Lead Consultant. Edge cases inform the next training cycle and tighten the model's safety boundaries.

A complete programme, priced for the working majority.
We do not list a public price because the right number depends on what your specific case requires (lab orders, supplement pass-throughs, optional add-ons). What we can promise: CORE is engineered to sit at roughly a tenth of the cost of an equivalent private-clinic programme — without compromising on the diagnostic intake or the evidence-based protocol design.
Monthly instalments are available. We never charge for the matching call. If after the matching call we decide CORE is not the right fit for your case, we tell you — and refer you to whatever is.

Your CORE timeline
Week 0 · Enquire → matching call → senior consultation
You submit the enquiry. An intake clinician calls you within one working day for a complimentary 20-minute matching conversation. If CORE is the right fit, your 90-minute senior-consultant intake is scheduled within the following week.
Week 1 · Custom protocol delivered, Cerebra activated
Your senior consultant delivers the written protocol — food strategy, supplement stack, lifestyle architecture, lab orders if applicable, a week-by-week 12-week map. Cerebra is provisioned with your protocol; daily tracking begins.
Weeks 1–6 · Build phase, AI-piloted
You execute the protocol with Cerebra as your continuity layer. Weekly insight reports surface patterns. Edge questions are answered in real time. Anything red-flag escalates to a clinician immediately.
Week 6 · Mid-programme consultation
Your senior consultant reviews six weeks of tracked data — prepared by Cerebra into a structured brief — in a 45-minute video session. The protocol is adjusted; the next six-week phase is set.
Weeks 7–12 · Stabilisation phase
You execute the adjusted plan with Cerebra. By week 12 the foundations are in place: tracked data shows the patterns clearly, your sustainable routine is set, and you know what to do when the next flare arrives.
Week 12 · Programme close + ongoing Cerebra
You receive a written close summary you can share with your GP. Cerebra access continues at a low monthly maintenance rate so the system supporting you doesn't disappear when the programme does.
Honest answers
Why is CORE so much cheaper than PURO?
The single largest cost in any private clinical programme is senior-clinician time. CORE puts that time exactly where AI cannot operate — diagnostic intake architecture and strategic mid-programme recalibration — and uses Cerebra for the daily continuity work that, until recently, demanded clinician hours we could not give back at a reasonable price. The methodology, the protocol, and the diagnostic rigour are identical to PURO. The delivery model is different.
Is Cerebra just ChatGPT in a wrapper?
No. Cerebra is a clinically-trained mixture-of-experts architecture — multiple specialised sub-models, each tuned for a different pattern of presentation — operating on the GutIQ pattern framework, peer-reviewed gastroenterology literature, and the outcomes data of our 25,000-person cohort. It is bound to your prescribed protocol (it will not contradict the plan your consultant designed), it cites its sources, it knows your specific case history, and it has hard escalation rules. A general chatbot has none of these properties.
Will I miss out compared with PURO?
If your case is straightforward — a recognisable pattern presentation, a motivated person willing to engage with the daily tracking — the outcomes data shows CORE participants and equivalent PURO Essential participants land in the same place at 90 days. If your case is genuinely complex — multiple overlays, treatment-resistant, hormonal volatility, post-infectious autoimmunity — CORE is engineered to detect that and recommend the move to PURO during the matching call or at the week-6 inflection.
What if I need more clinician time mid-programme?
Two paths. (1) Bolt-on consultations — additional 30-minute sessions with your assigned consultant can be added at any point at a transparent per-session rate. (2) Programme upgrade — at the week-6 consultation, if the case warrants it, you can convert into a PURO Plus engagement and the time you've already spent in CORE is credited towards it. We make the off-ramp easy because clinical fit matters more than retention.
Is it safe for AI to give me medical guidance?
Cerebra does not diagnose and does not contradict your prescribed protocol; it operationalises a plan that has already been clinically designed for you. Red-flag scenarios route to a human clinician with the case context attached, the same hour. A weekly sample of edge-case responses is audited by a Lead Consultant. The model is retrained quarterly on adjudicated cases. The system is designed so the AI does what AI is good at — pattern recognition, recall, accessibility — and humans do what humans are required for — diagnosis, escalation, judgement.
What happens to my data?
Personal data is encrypted at rest and never sold or shared with third parties. Aggregated, de-identified cohort data is used internally to improve Cerebra. You own your data; you can request deletion at any time and we delete within seven days. The full data policy is available in our terms.
Do you offer CORE outside India?
Yes. CORE is delivered entirely remotely; geography matters only for lab coordination, which we arrange through partnered laboratories in your region. The consultation hours are scheduled around your timezone. Cerebra is available 24/7 regardless of where you are.
