8.2 Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period.

8.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

9. Intellectual Property

9.2 Your Reports: While the assessment framework belongs to GutIQ, your personal assessment results and reports are your property. You may download, print, and share them with healthcare providers as needed.

9.3 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use GutIQ for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
